Well, for me, it's almost Summer. I can almost feel it. Still have a long list of catchin' up to do after that crazy pills week we just had, but I've been scratching things off, little by little. I can't wait to get time to create again. Freedom! It's so close...I can almost touch it.
Looking forward to trying out a couple jewelry ideas in my head. Have you seen my dear friend Amy Hanna's latest book Rejuvenated Jewels? Mama mia! I have a whole collection of her "pieces". I call them "pieces" because they are much more than just "jewelry" to me. They are artistic statements.
I wish I had Amy right beside me when I attempt some of the ideas, but that's just not possible at the moment. Amy's book is the next best thing. She walks you through step by step, and twist by twist her favorite techniques. I need that.
Plus, the entire book design and photography is insane. A beautiful work of art. I know how hard she worked on his book...a couple years...until the vision she wanted was "perfect". She has 5 star reviews on Amazon! Great job Amy!
I just got her book a few days ago and it is incredible! It's just stunning. Have fun with it!

I've been on the fence about making another purchase. I'll definitely have to consider jumping off the fence. Thanks

I was lucky enough to meet Amy at an Art Nest retreat and her book perfectly represents her and her style. It's incredibly lovely with awesome instructions and inspiration.

I LOVE this book and I have become a huge Amy Hanna fan and it's all your fault! It all started innocently back in January of 2006 when I stumbled upon this blog. I spent so much time reading every word and going through the archives, it was all so amazing and inspiring! Then you led me to Pam (another amazing and inspiring blog) and the two of you led me to Amy! Now it's hard to imagine life before January 2006! It was definitly a less pretty life back then!!
