Once in a blue moon she grabs my camera and takes photos. She loves to take pix of her kitty cat kissy cat. I love it when she puts her eye behind the lens.

A few years ago, she won a couple Scholastic Awards for her photographs. I guess she's like me and awards aren't that big of a deal. It's the personal victories that we favor the most. But for now, for today, I'm enjoying her photos and, of course, her subject. Which one is your favorite?
they are all beautiful.
that little cat is gorgeous!
i like the 3rd one. she has stunning eyes!
great shots.

Oh goodness! They are all wonderful... such a sweet subject. I think #5 and #6... hard to choose, though. How nice for you two to share a passion...

The third one caught my eye right away.

#5 is my hands-down favorite! Excellent composition, perfect framing and really great use of available light!! I love how Kissy Cat's eyes are light by the window light! I also love #2...really cool perspective! #7's is a hard-shot to get...she really "caught" the light perfectly on those whiskers and made them POP! Way to go Allie-Oh!

Not an easy choice, but I think the second, where kitty is looking down, it is very evocative of serenity, tranquility. Wonderful!

Totally love the one where she looks at the flowers.
Such a cute kitty, and great photos.

Love Allie's furbaby. I want to snorkle my face in her soft, fluffy, and warm neck! Love #3--check out that sweet pink kitty lip and #5 is so serene and classic and the last one shows off her amazing white whiskers. Thanks, Allie.

I love the picture with the flowers, but they are all wonderful (and such a cute subject)...she has talent like her mommy!

I LOVE Allison's photos! She has a great subject, but I can easily see she has a photographers eye! :D I would like to extend an invitation to her (and you too!) to join a new group that is forming called *Life It Photos*. She can check the info at my blog:

and also there is a Flickr group for this same LIPs group:

Would love to see you both there! :D

I can't decide between #2, #4 and #5. The apple evidently doesn't fall far from the tree - she has her mama's artistic eye! Beautiful photos and such a darling subject!
