A while ago I designed some product for 7 Gypsies and recently got a box of it in the mail. Oh the joy! This particular product was something I have wanted, wished and dreamed of using for oh, probably 5 years now, so it's really great to see it finally in full form and ready to create with. I love it.
So glad they believed in my vision and went with it. Truly. I am not saying this because I hope you will all go and buy it, but I am saying I am loving playing with these cool beans metal page trims. They have a couple different decorative edges, antique silver, black and gold. Adhesive backed. Thick enough be substantial and yet thin enough to cut with a scissors to fit your projects edges.
Using it makes me feel like screaming like Ellen when she says "Ackkkk yakkkk ackkk ackkk!" at the start of her afternoon TV show!! Haven't felt like that about a product design in a long long long time! Just something cool about seeing your concept and idea brought into fruition and with a bar code on the back. A dream becoming really real. I believe it's just recently starting shipping. I found it at Scrap a Latte.
Here is a peek at something I made recently using the antique silver. I can think of a million uses for it, and I will probably do them all...love it that much!
This particular hanging collage is one of three I did recently and you can see them in the Provisions section on the Paper Bella Studio site.
The 12 Days of Comfort and Joy eZine subscription has begun! I have had those ideas and projects running through my head all day I tell you.
As I type this post, my hubby informed me that there are people enrolling quickly in the first 10 minutes of it being available. Wow! The details about it are in my last post (below) so check it out and go sign up here soon REally looking forward to this!
Oh, this would be a great opportunity for international/overseas people to join in on the fun and projects, too. Nothing physical is sent to you, it's all online!
Site update: Things are going out the door quickly on the Paper Bella Studio site. If you try and order an item and it tells you that item is out of stock--it really is. Not a site malfunction. "Sold Out" signs under the item descriptions will be coming soon. Sorry for any inconvenience!
help me! i don't see the metal page trims listed anywhere!

I am a frequent reader but I don't believe I've ever commented before. I had to leave a line or two and tell you I am working on making an Advent Calendar as per your directions, and I cannot remember the last time I had so much FUN with a creative project as I am having with this. Thanks for the GREAT instructions and inspiration.

What a great idea, we love the metal edging and luckily have a plentiful supply at Paper Crown. Just finished a chipboard book with it and it turned out so cute and I love the clicking sound the pages make!
