So much to say and yet where to begin? Still crazy around here, but these pretties have a magical way of calming me down a bit. Aren't peonies the best? They are on my kitchen table right now. Shabby puffballs.
Amidst the chaos with children, phones ringing, stacks of email and mail, messes around every corner (now that the kiddos are home all day). Plus swimming season has begun and there are towels to wash constantly and children coming and going.
But the flowers. Oh the flowers bring a sense of calm. "Slow down," they whisper and wait for me to stop and say hello. Funny, no one hears them speak 'cept me!
This rose is from a new bush we planted this Spring. The first bud...so happy and new! She already has 3 other friends on her thorny stalks. Not sure what type of roses these are...who cares anyway. They bring joy and delight. That's all I need to know!
Here's a fun peek at what's coming around the corner in Paper Bella Studio land. Couldn't wait, had to show you! A jubilee I tell you! Don't you love the sound of a Jubilee?!
Many people email wanting, wishing, hoping to nab a Kit after they are sold out and sadly I can not help them. Always hard to tell them that. Here's my solution.
I decided to put together this compilation of all of the past Paper Bella Kits. From the very first Kit to the last released Kit. It's the full color detailed and technique based instructions...page after page after page. Quite thick! All the techniques I've shared over the past year and a half! Now, folks can get the instructions and use their own supplies to create them. This is the cover of Jubilee!
If I have my way, and can stop smelling the flowers, it will be on the Paper Bella Studio website over the weekend.
